Stefan Jameson

Stefan Jameson was born and raised in Coke and Brown Counties, Texas. He attended Tarleton State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business. Stefan has been in all phases of the cattle industry including cow calf, yearling and feed yard all of his life. He is a member of Texas Cattle’s Feeders, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, Texas Southwestern Cattle Raisers, West Texas Rodeo and Texas High School Rodeo. Stefan enjoys watching his two sons Sterling and Stetson and daughter Shaylee rodeo.

Ryan Perry

Ryan has been a nutritional consultant with AC Nutrition since 2007. He holds a degree from New Mexico State University in Agriculture Extension with an emphasis on agronomy and a minor in animal science. Ryan has experience in all phases of beef cattle production with significant time spent in the cattle feeding industry and enjoys developing solutions and programs for his clients. Working within a vast geography of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, gives Ryan unique insight to a wide variety of climates, operations and market segments, including numerous natural and GAP producers. Ryan and his wife Shawna, along with their five girls, operate a registered cattle operation and farm in Roswell, New Mexico.

Brian Reed

Brian’s field responsibilities with AC Nutrition include the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles, central and east Texas, Colorado, Northwest New Mexico and Arizona. Brian holds a bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University. He has spent 40 years working in the cattle industry, and the past 17 have been with AC Nutrition.

Andy Smith

In September of 1989, Andy went into Alderman-Cave, now AC Nutrition, to pay a feed bill and was offered a sales job. Andy has spent his life around the livestock industry in one form or another. In his younger years, he day worked, broke colts, and rode sick pen in the feed yard. He has held a variety of roles since then and now enjoys sharing that experience with cattle producers. Some of the things that Andy believes in are God, Family and Country. He also believes that when you give a man your word, you had better damn well keep it. It’s all you’ve got at the end of the day! Andy stated that life is better than he deserves, but he will run with it as long as is possible. He feels very blessed to be making a living doing something he loves.

Bill Smith, PhD

Bill resides in Bellvue, Colorado. He was born and raised on a registered Angus operation in Arkansas. He received a B.S. in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University, an M.S. from The University of Arkansas, and a PhD in Ruminant Nutrition from the University of Wyoming. Bill brings a wealth of experience having spent the past 30+ years consulting for ranches and feedlots in the western U.S.

Michael Thornton, MS

About Michael +

Michael grew up in Midland, Texas in a small ranching and farming family. Michael showed Quarter Horses and assisted his Grandmother with an equine breeding program. He attended Angelo State University where he received a B.S. and an M.S. in Animal Science specializing in ruminant nutrition, with emphasis on beef cattle and wildlife. Michael started working for AC Nutrition in Graduate School and has been with the company for 16 years. Michael shows horses in the Stock Horse of Texas, AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse and Ranch Horse Association of America and a member of Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association. Michael is married to Gayla, who was a Frederickson, also a ranch family from Sonora, Texas.

John joined the AC Nutrition team in 2013. He is a native of Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska. He brings 30 years of experience in both the Feed and Animal Health Industries. He enjoys travelling, fishing, golfing and spending time with his wife, two sons and friends.
